Ricky was sick…52 years old, suffering from high blood pressure and digestion.  So, while searching for a natural remedy, the Jamaican herb Sorrel kept showing up.   It strengthens the immune system, improves digestion, increases circulation, lowers blood pressure…was Sorrel it?

 

Ricky got his hands on some and made it all day Saturday. On Sunday morning, he took his first sip; gave a hearty “Great Day!”, grabbed the whole pot off the stove and took it to church.  It was a hit!  “Papa Icky, what ya got?” – Zoe, Alexa and Roxe wanted to try it.  Papa Icky handed his 3 baby angels a cup each.  They looked up at Papa, eyes aglow and started the countdown.  “In 3!, 2!, 1!”

 

Let’s just say as a family, we decided that Mom should help him out.  She gave it a mother’s love by adding ginger; known for aiding digestion and relieving nausea.   Once the kids approved, we knew it was finally perfect!
